  • Chicken wings
  • Honey
  • Sriracha sauce
  • Soy sauce
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Rice vinegar
  • Cornstarch
  • Green onions

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • 2. In a bowl, mix together 1/2 cup honey, 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon minced garlic.
  • 3. Place 2 pounds of chicken wings in a large resealable plastic bag.
  • 4. Pour the honey Sriracha mixture over the chicken wings and seal the bag. Shake to coat the wings evenly.
  • 5. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and crispy.
  • 7. Optional: Broil the wings for an additional 2-3 minutes to get them extra crispy.
  • 8. Serve the honey Sriracha chicken wings hot, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Enjoy!
