  • Lasagna noodles
  • Chicken breasts
  • Spinach
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Butter
  • Flour
  • Milk
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • 2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then set aside.
  • 3. In a large skillet, cook diced chicken until no longer pink.
  • 4. Add in chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
  • 5. Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • 6. In a separate bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, and egg.
  • 7. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  • 8. Layer lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.
  • 9. Spread half of the chicken and spinach mixture over the noodles.
  • 10. Spread half of the ricotta cheese mixture over the chicken and spinach.
  • 11. Repeat layers with remaining noodles, chicken and spinach mixture, and ricotta cheese mixture.
  • 12. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • 13. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • 14. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • 15. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious Chicken Florentine Lasagna!
