Instructions

  • 1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

  • 5. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.

  • 7. Season with salt, pepper, and any desired herbs or spices.
  • 8. Cover and simmer on low heat for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • 9. Once the beef and vegetables are tender, thicken the stew with a cornstarch slurry if desired.
